Q: What is your philosophy for finding the right balance of songs to play at weddings?
A: I encourage a healthy conversation about music between the clients and myself in the weeks leading up to their wedding. At the event, I play as many of their song requests/suggestions as I can, provided they fit into the vibe of the evening – all the while peppering in my musical tastes to create a night of musical bliss.

Q: What is the greatest popular dance song of all time?
A: Deee-Lite’s “Groove is in the Heart”. I will take it any day, any time – it’s just a really fun song. “Billie Jean”, “Superstition”, “American Boy”, and , Baby I'm Yours are very high on the list as well.

Q: What are some artists that never leave your dance floor rotation?
A: This isn’t so cut and dry…it just depends on the type of gig. A: My DJ friends. I'm constantly amazed and in awe of the killer sounds that I hear from DJs in LA and around the world. I'm proud to be friends with DJs with such excellent musical taste. You cannot go wrong with: Sick Beats, Dance Floor Bananas, and Party Time Action.
